Burlington Golf TournamentsThank you for your interest in hosting your golf tournament at Millcroft Golf Club.   Located in the scenic landscape of Millcroft, one of north Burlington's most beautiful communities, the course offers 18 holes of some of the finest golf in the area.  You'll encounter large ponds as well as various creeks winding through serveral holes.  Millcroft Golf Club features meticulous greens and the best conditioning of any southern Ontario course open for public play.

1. Shotgun Golf Tournament (Includes Golf & Carts - Minimum of 80 people):

Monday to Thursday $  65.00pp Varying Start Times
Friday $  69.00pp Varying Start Times
Weekends/Holidays $  72.00pp Varying Start Times

Meal prices are in addition to the shotgun fee.  A shotgun tournament is when all golfers, a maximum of 144 people, tee-off on every hole on the golf course.  This enables golfers to finish their game around the same time & then everyone can enjoy lunch or dinner together afterwards.  All shotguns/modified shotguns & crossovers are required to book a lunch or dinner package.

Included in Shotgun Tournaments:

  • Registration table for check-in
  • Millcroft staff will place any sponser signs on the course and collect them afterwards (please advise at least one day in advance if you will have signs)
  • Closet to the pin and longest drive markers provided
  • Putting contest will be set-up upon request (prizes not included)
  • Powercarts labeled with golfers' names and/or company name (please advise at least one day in advance)
  • Golfers will be greeted by Millcroft staff and clubs will be placed on assigned carts
  • Change rooms, showers, towels and lockers available for use.
  • Scoring provided by Pro Shop for scrambles
  • Drink tickets for food & beverage is required

2. Crossover Tournament  - Prices include golf & car per person)
A crossover tournament is when tee-times are scheduled on both the front and back nine of the golf course. Two foursomes will tee off at the same time, every 9 minutes and crossover after 9-holes of play.  The crossover format enables the group of golfers to finish their round relatively around the same time, allowing groups to enjoy lunch and/or dinner all together following their golf.  This format is for smaller groups of golfers that do not warrant or wish for a shotgun tournament.

Crossover Tournament Fee (Includes Golf & Carts for up to 60 - 80 people):

Monday-Thursday $65.00 per golfer - 12pm starting time
Friday $69.00 per golfer - 12pm starting time
Weekends $72.00 per golfer - 12pm starting time

3. Standard Tee Times - every 9 minutes off the first tee (16 golfer minimum)
